Avanquest purchased one software, received different that will not even open, charging fee to "hear" complaint! No refund Riverside, Ca 92518 Nationwide

Purchased a certain software, received a totally different one that is not even usable or understandable. Went back on website to ask for help and they won' even acknowledge my complaint without charging a 36.00 fee. So I am out 76.00!
