I was Trying to get my Laptop fixed kept crashing.

 

Then I called Iolo System Mecahnics @ 877-239-4656 and then Some how I was Transfered to Avangatee.

They explained I needed to Pay them: $489.00 inorder for them to repair my System thur the internet.

And I explained I didn't have the money to do so, but I could by the 26th of March 2016. that was Two weeks before then that would have been on or about March 10th, or 11th. And since I didn't Trust them getting into me Account I told them I had No Checking Account, and I would sent a Money Order on the 26th Wich I Did!

They showed me I have Hackers in my Computer (Still do!), System is being Monitored by other Countries, and even showed thet they were trying to get credit line $25,000.00.

I allowed them access to my system, and they took over 4 hours to check & correct my system.

And I had to call them back since they Stopped working on my computer.  Two days Later I wanted my Money Back after finding All the Programs They were using are Free Programs That are Not Licensed to them.

They said they would refund $200.00, but I haven't seen any of it!

And ever since It seems They are Monitoring my system when I get on line.

Always ask for your 'CUSTOMER ID' if you receive a call from anyone posing/claiming to be your Personel Technician , if they give you an incorrect 'CUSTOMER ID' or can't provide you the correct one simply hang up on them .

IF ANYBODY CALLS YOU AND GIVES YOU THE CORRECT CUSTOMER ID STILL DO NOT SHARE YOUR COMPUTER SCREEN WITH THEM, INSTEAD TELL THEM I HAVE THE DIRECT NUMBER TO REACH MY TECHNICIAN SO , I WILL CALL YOU BACK ON THOSE NUMBER THEN I WILL DEAL WITH IT.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY PAYMENT THROUGH WESTERN UNION OR MONEY GRAM

If someone calls you and says that our toll free number has been changed and we are providing you the new customer id it means , it is a fake call .

But they did! take my Payment using another Money Order Company.
