A Matter of Truth I've come across this site to share a fragment of truth. Perhaps, this won't immediately reach those who have read and believed this report without looking at the other side of the coin. I only hope that my two cents is enough to gradually educate those who have been mislead by Mr. Jose's sour-grapes. I nonetheless believe that there are people who think smarter than him and the rest of his gang. In spite of everything, my heart goes to those who are blameless Mr. Alfredo Miguel, Mr. Bammer Pilar, Ms. Sheila Pineda, Ms. Emelda Perez and Ms. Jill Bernabe. I personally know their pure intentions, real gender and expertise as opposed to Mr. Jose's peevishness, frailty and confusion (and whose real identity is already known). Mr. Miguel is a CPA and Finance expert. Mr. Pilar is a professional and reputable HR practitioner. Ms. Pineda came from the academe aside from being an HR Manager. Ms. Perez is a public policy/social legislation specialist. Finally, Ms. Bernabe is truly an experienced call center manager. First, I don't think that it would be proper to announce to the whole world that a company has been falling short of government requirements and standards. It would be better though for complainants to tire out all the remedies within the company to resolve issues concerning employee welfare. To name and shame won't help either labor or management but only exacerbates a simple issue. Let it be known that labor-management conflict resolution is also a shared responsibility. There's so much to discuss about due process, slamming, fraud, etc. I suggest that allegations be supported with credible evidence first. There's an adage in Filipino which says, Ang alkansiyang konti ang laman pag inalog mo maingay.' At the end of the day, it would be worth-reflecting to realize that Filipinos need more jobs than gossips (tsismis) Second, John Clements Consultancy Philippines is unquestionably one of the best firms in the industry. Enough said. Third, I don't understand why Mr. Jose and rest of the perpetrators had to spoil each character's name at US Autoparts Philippines. Definitely, unfair-play and the absence of a scintilla of evidence don't exist in the art of argumentation and debate. Fourth, let it be known that it would be better to pull one's weight than to pass the buck.
