Auto Marketing Systems Auto Sales Assistance & Refund Policy is a SCAM! BUYER BEWARE!!!! Internet
They say that they can sell your car for you at your price (EVEN IF you have it WAY WAY to high to start with)! They take your money, then say they will do a service ... No one calls, no one emails. Nothing. As far as you can tell there is no service done. It is a SCAM and the Refund policy is even MORE OF A SCAM!
If you sell the car on your own, you don't owe them anything, but a small non-refundable fee. BUT here is the kicker, you have to WAIT 90 DAYS TO EVEN APPLY for your refund AND THEN, they say it will take ANOTHER 6-8 WEEKS to process the refund! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! If you sell your car on your own, give the people your money back WHEN REQUESTED. Plain and simple.
PLEASE PLEASE ATTORNEY GENERALS AND CLASS ACTION ATTORNEYS LOOK INTO THESE GUYS, THERE HAS TO BE OTHER ILLEGAL FTC OR CONSUMER PROTECTION ACTS VIOLATIONS THESE GUYS ARE DOING. WHERE'S MORGAN AND MORGAN WHEN YOU NEED THEM?
