Auction Road the company that states "Steps to Success". Don't buy a membership form them you will be leading yourself to a "Road of a Ripoff". Their website is WWW.suctionroad.com. This company really suck's bad. They get you to pay $98.90 once you have given them the $98.90 you will then find out that "Wholesales Prices" are really above Wal-Mart prices.

For instance they try to sell you a Sony Mavica digital camera for about $600.00 then when you go search on eBAY you can find the same camera for more than half the cost. Even if you go to Wal-Mart you can find a better deal. After reviewing that the prices were to high for me I started to take the "refund process". I called customer service 1-800-750-5074 and told them that their prices were to high and I couldnt even make $20.00 profit with their so called "wholesale prices". I requested a refund I spoke to Roderick Ext 801 and he told me I could get a refund but I had to take the steps of getting my money back.

Come to find out I had to list an item on ebay then I had to print my registered name from ebay to verify the name on the ebay regerstration was the same address on their records. So I did all the steps in order to get my money back. I mailed out all the information along with a confirmation tracking number to show proof that they received it. I called within days to get my status of my refund. They then told me they would refund me a total of $79.60 instead of the $98.90 I paid. They said they had to take out for the first month of service and to take out $9.00 for shipping the starter kit package. This package that I paid them for only cost me $1.35 to send back to them all it was, was a couple of sheets of paper.

I then argued with them that they were scammers. I made sure to get a name and ext number so I could call back and get the status of my refund daily just to be a real pain in the A**. Will a couple of days past by and I noticed a few other charges were made to my credit card. I quickly called the numbers on my bank statement to verify that I had not made any charges to my credit card.

Come to find out AuctionRoad sold my credit card information to third parties. Now I have about $100.00 more from other companies to try to get back. Please don't be a victim to the AuctionRoad scam. By the way I am still waiting for my refund from AuctionRoad they claim it will take 10 business days to get my $79.60 back. Today is the tenth day I just called them and they said anyday I will receive my money back. I guess all I can do is cross my fingers. Don't risk the chance always be careful.
