Auction.com Refuse to timely return my earnest money. California
We won a property on Auction.com which has not been properly foreclosed. (Coupe got divorce and One of supposes has not been served papers)
Even thoug that was their mistake ( they could not get clear title to sale the property) they still made us wait 2 months to sign cancelation.
60 days later we signed cancelation but they have not return our earnest money yet!!!
They said cancelation is still pending!
2.5 months in "deal" those scam artist are still holding our money preventing us from getting propery somewhere else.
They are not returning our phone calls. We left numeros messages and send many emails but have no results.
We been scammed by Auction.com and their partner RCO Legal to whom we wired earnest money and who should handle our closing Process.
