Auction Road Fraudulant Company, claimed to be E-bay Total Ripoff Goletta California
This company claimed to be E-bay which was one of the reason's I even purchased this product and now they have flat out told me to do a chargeback with my bank. That is what I suggest everyone does. All you need to do is contact the issuing bank of the credit card you used and tell them you have requested a refund and Auction Road said they would refund the money, but you still have not received it. The issuing bank will file chargeback paperwork, which will cost Auction Road them at least $25 and if there chargeback ratio gets too high their credit card processing company has to close their account. I am also going to report them directly to Visa. It is against Visa/Mastercard's bylaws to not refund the money. If anyone has any questions please post it below. Thanks,
