After purchasing a package of information and membership from this company they decided not to return any calls. They have not upheld their end of the contract and they are scam artists.

There is a strong possibility that Auction Road has gone out of business, or they might be going through a change, in name, and/or business classification. They were only open for about 2 years, and 6 months in, people were allegedly being scammed by them. Here is some contact information, which might be of use depending on your payment method. If you could present this information to the billing service used, they might have more contact info, or can arbitrate a refund. This information is out dated, but for what it's worth their phone number is: 1-805-884-6333. The Registrant Information is provided by: directNIC.com, if you wanted to review this for yourself. The website status is: Active, but I still have not been able to access it. The address is also for Administrative and Technical Contact. The Customer Service Manager/Principal is Mr. Luke Padgett. This business started in November 2002. According to Jobs.net the address posted is their main headquarters, not sure why, because this physical address belongs to Mail Boxes Etc, and is also shared by The UPS Store. The number #226 is just a drop box. Depending on how much money you lost, you might seek legal advice or file a lawsuit, in Small Claims Court. If you do, they possibly have to find more contact information to serve your papers. IF The UPS Store & Mail are willing to cooperate, you might get more contact info from them. Both share this phone number: 1-805-967-2933. Their Principal Owner is Mr. Charles Baird. The phone number for UPS and Mail Boxes shows up consistently from multiple sources. The UPS Store Mail Boxes, Etc. 5662 Calle Real Goleta, CA, 93117 They've (UPS & Mail) had this address since 1991. I confirmed this through Infospace Yellow Pages They are not legally accountable, but still might cooperate, at the least to turn information over to law enforcement. If your billing service was through PayPal, they might dispute those charges if it hasn't been too long. All that you can do is try. You might consider filling out an online Claim Form at www.ftc.gov. This is the website for The Federal Trade Commission. They do not give out individual responces, but should they take Auction Road to Court, and distribute refunds, using the information provided helps. *The only phone number posted with an extension is for a so called "Start-Up Special", which is supposed to guide you to an affiliate or other separate corporation. It's possibly a scam, and will lead you back to being ripped off by them. I just wanted posted, if it might be of use to law enforcement. All that you can do is try for that refund.
