Auction Road ripoff Goleta California
In early July, I received the welcome 30-day money back guarantee packet from Auction Road. After reading the packet, I knew it was a scam. The rep. lied to me and didn't tell me other things as in hidden costs.
Within 30 days, I returned the packet via UPS so I had a way to track the packet. Since the beginning of August (after the packet was returned) I have called 4 times. The first was 8/29 when they claimed it would be 7-10 days for my refund to reflect. The second was 9/22 when they claimed again that the refund would reflect on my acct in 7-10 days.
I called the 3rd time o 9/29 and told them that I still haven't received the refund and I expect it fast. The guy by the ID# 695 told me that he would fast track it and it will be on my acct in 3-5 days, BOLOGNA!
On 10/8 I called for the 4th time and employee ID# 646 told me that they would put a priority on it and I would get my refund within 48hrs.
WELL GUESS WHAT?!?! IT IS NOW 10/23 AND I STILL DON'T HAVE A REFUND AND THE COMPANY IS CLOSED. I want to start a class action suit.. Anyone in?
