I've spent way too long straghtening problems out with at&t.  I bought two cell phones cash at the at&t store in fiesta mall.  They told me I'd receive a credit of $150 per phone.  Then I found out that the credit wouldn't go on the phone for 3 month but was promised by customer service that after three months I'd receive the credit.  Four months went by.  I saw no credit.  I called them, each call takes a very, very long time to reach a customer service rep.  I talked to managers and different representatives.  Even though they promised a credit, because I wasn't put on the "Next" program, which means I'd pay $7 a month for the phone, I will not be receiving the credit.  So several representatives of their company, including the people that sold me the phones at Fiesta Mall's at&t store said I'd get the credit.  Not only did I not get the credit, I wasted my time attempting to fix the problm with customer service.

Then when I attempted to get off the service, I went to unlock the phones.  The website said it didn't recognize the IMEI's.  So, because my friends couldn't get off the lines I had to keep at&t after figuring out they weren't a company that I wanted to do business with any longer.  It took hours to go to the store at Fiesta Mall and call customer service.  Customer service saying to go to the store, at&t store at fiesta mall saying to call customer service.

 

I spent an hour on the phone last week with customer service.  I spoke with a supervisor.  He hung up on me.

 

I'm done with this company I couldn't recommend them less.  Save your time and money.  Spend a little more with Verizon to get better coverage and not have such headaches.
