I was going to change my cell phone service to AT&T. I ordered to iPhone pluses and two large iPads. Within one week I got the two iPads but no iPhones. About two days later I received a bill from AT&T for $300.00. I called them to find out what the bill was for they stated it was for service. I told them that I had just gotten the iPad and had not received the iPhones so how could I owe $300 for service? They stated it was to be paid in advance I told them I did not want their service I went down to the local AT&T store I paid $2400 for the two iPads and canceled the iPhone. I thought everything was finished and done. About a month later I received another bill for $300 plus a $100 late fee. I called them and told them I had canceled the service and I did not receive the iPhones and as far as I was concerned it was done. As time went on I received I received threatening calls and it was turned over to a collection agency. About a month ago I checked my credit report and they had put me in there for $400 owed to AT&T. Under any circumstances do not deal with AT&T. They will rip you off and take your money and they have no idea of customer service all they want is your money.
