Form the time I switched from sprint to ATT it has been a hassle. They were supposed to pay my early termination fees from sprint to switch over. That never happened i have an $800 charge off on my credit because of it. I have been having connection issues since January 2018 .. I've switched phones , SIM cards , even locations & there's no absolutely reason I should have issues in every state that I've been in. I've had dropped calls , absolutely no service , slow data , no internet connection at all , gps signal weak the list goes on, and it's not just me I've visited ripoffreport.com and there's thousands of other customers complaining about the same issues my phone does not work more than it actually works and that's a huge problem for me. Not to mention ATT customer service is way past poor.

No one ever cares all y'all ever care about is money. They cut my phones off after I paid my bill, charged me a reconnection fee and still don't even provide the service. My wife and i phones are our business and means of money and we can't get in contact with our clients if we have no service which means we get no money which means we can't pay our bill, something has to give which is why I’m doing this petition. I’m hoping to get the news involved because this is ridiculous I've been through more with this company in 12 months than I did with sprint in 12 years and that's sad because what ATT advertises is a COMPLETE LIE this company is a joke. I'm going to keep complaining until I get results. ATT are going to be tired of me just like I'm tired of this bull crap service!
