I use to live in southern California area, specifically Hawthorne  - so I'm aware that there was no service in my apartment with At&T. I did not complained because occasionally even with zero bars I could call; though people would be hard to hear. But since moving to the bay area, I get no service at all. I even get the 'no net coverage' across my screen and the phone symbol with a red line across it. I've complained; got the you've never mentioned that before, well when you can't call from inside your house and have to go on the porch and still have people state you are breaking up with 3 bars on your screen. How can I mention it? No one can hear me. I did the troubleshoot your phone with a suppose technician but when she chatted do I have a second device and I stated no, she gave up on trying to troubleshoot the device and just instead opened a investigation. It amazing only took about less than a day to complete because I received an email from them. They stated that there service is in essence a radio signal that can easily be block by structures or have interference. What? So you have a crappy radio signal and I have to pay to cancel my service because your signal is weak. What bothers me the most is my family has half Metro PCS and Sprint, even the Metro service has no problems and they are known for the dropped calls. I have dropped many calls, people go straight to voicemail because I have no service. I would suggest that everyone make a it possible a comment to them on twitter. I've already closed my internet and phone service with them, once my wireless contract ends, I will officially and forever break up with At&T. They do no deserve me as a customer. I will no longer suggest them to family or friends like I have in the pass.  The service is bad and the customer service is just as bad. Do not waste money with them. They will do all they can to deflect blame onto the customer and the radio signal they provide without taking any responsibility.
