 AT&T wireless phone service, DSL, TV and Landline services costs about half of what my mortgage costs each month.

The cell phones is most often troublesome and AT&T does not protect their faulty conditions. SO you have to pay for new equipment every year.

These companies do not provide security of your information on them. When the equipment breaks, you lose your information and they do not guarantee the safety and security of your information contained in the phone.

There are quite often billing issues and it takes a minimum of two hours on the phone with a representaive to coorect their errors or address an equipment problem.

The same with DSL servies. When there is a problem, they deny, delay and debate the service issue until it contimues for multiple months.

When you can't afford to pay their high cost, your service is cut off without notice. THis causes the consumer lots of aggravation to only determine that your service has been shut off.

WHen it is reinstated at a fee, everything on computer and phones takes a while to return functions to normal.

This service and product is too expensive, time consuming and aggravating to deal with all of the time.  USe a landline and forget about this annoying and expensive convenience.
