I came inside the att store on Santa Monica and was greeting by a worker that recognized me. He was busy with customer. I was being charged for a phone for the last few month that I have made complaints. Came inside to pay my bill. The kioas machine wasn’t excepting money. Work told me to speak to manager who was sitting down on the computer in front of me. So once I asked for assistance mrg GONZAlo was very loud. Rude and refused to help me because I asked him why am I on the list and no one is inside the store. So I took a video and made him aware I was told to come up to him for my questions. He obviously has a bad attitude and wasn’t happy with his job. Kept fussing at me about no one will help me. Now I have been coming to this location over a decade paying 1000 dollar bills and no one being able to assist me in the whole att customer service store. Seem they only concerned with sales of these expensive phone and plans I don’t understand and simple come to ask question and get treated like a outcast. My 4 likes with Att will be consider for another company. The manager should not be i a position of power acting Racist and using his power to make my life hell. Non payment would make my phone non active. Mind you I only came to pay bill and ask a question and was denied help when I was place on a list with on one in the store and 9 other att employees. Customer service sucks and this the biggest phone company but to all the Latin the manager so friendly. I sat here for 30 mins already and he has got up out of his seat
