do you have AT$T wireless service??? have you ever bough or upgraded your device and with in 12 months is goes defective??? did you purchase AT$T WARRANTY PROTECTION ???
if so were you charged a $50 deductible on a device that was less than 12 month old???
if you did you got ripped off because every device has a 12 month manufactures warranty with it 
and AT$T does not let you know that 
it happened to me and then they tried 3 more times after the first even after i caught it the 2nd time
i also received an upgrade that came by delivery and was defective rite out of the box screen was disoriented was not readable so i called and explained 
they wanted me to pay full price for another device plus a $35 restocking fee and would credit my BILL for the price of the replacement 
first of all the phone was delivered to me DEFECTIVE
2nd why a restock fee for a DEFECTIVE device??????
3rd im not paying my bill 6 month in advanced no way 

then they connected me to the warranty department
this is where it started to get real 
"we will send you a replacement but a $50 WARRANTY DEDUCTIBLE will be added to you bill (SAY WHAT)

so i went round and round with them and they finaly said i can go to an AT$T store and exchange the device 

so 8 months latter the phone went defective again 
still under manufactures warranty but a $50 deductible will be applied to my bill 

we have been with AT$T for nearly 10 years needless to say were not any more 

after talking to a manager in their warranty department want information on how many time i have paid out a deductible on a device that was still under manufactures warranty and explaining why i wanted it and telling him im preparing a letter for the attorney general about their scam he became more than polite

i also told my accusations of their intentions of the deductible scam and that is 

THEY CHARGE YOU THE DEDUCTIBLE ON A DEVICE THAT IS WARRANTED BY THE MANUFACTURE THEN SEND IT TO THE MANUFACTURE TO BE RE MANUFACTURED, THEY GET IT BACK  AND PUT IT BACK ON THE SHELF FOR MORE REVENUE
the gentlemen went completely silent

he is suppose to contact me with in 24 hours with the information i requested 
i still dont trust them 

i am going to proceed with contacting the attorney general and other attorney as well as the BBB im not going to let this corporation to continue to scam their customers 
AS FAR AS IM CONCERNED THIS IS AN ACT OF FRAUD
