Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Its South Florida so nothing suprises me anymore...

We called to have 1 bedroom set moved 18 miles.  We were told a price of $330 over the phone by a guy name Michael.  Michael actually comes up as the owner of Primetime Movers LLC.  This company is not licensed in Florida. His telephone number is 754-260-7232.  The price included 3 hours of labor and fuel and mileage.  3 hours to load up one bed set and drive it 30 minutes away and unload seems reasonable for two people to handle.

We proceed with his offer and 3 days later two Russian kids show up to perform the move 1 hour later then the scheduled time.  It took  45 minutes to pack the truck so we are right on schedule. They put paperwork  in front of us to sign and made no mention of addtional cost.  We now proceed to the destination.

Once we arrive the bring out paperwork with the number $760 on the bill.  We immediately questioned and they said it was for wrapping and also the flight of stairs they had to make.  None of this was discussed prior to and we never agreed to pay any additioal amount.  At this point we call the cops and they tell us its a civil matter.

I ended up calling the owner of Atlantic Movers Services at 754-226-6105.  Another number for them is 800-986-9167.  This guy new how to dispute our claim as he is a professional scam artist.  His company was created in December of 2017 and is a Delaware Company.  I bet he opens and closes under fictious names on a regular basis.  When i look up his web address on WHOIS it belongs to a Russian company.  Eastern European scum for sure.

We have now filed a dispute with the credit card company.  We will next be filing a lawsuit in Broward County for all damages including loss of time as we had to deal with the police.

On a brighter note the littele Russian mover dropped his phone and cracked his screen.  Karma came for him and will be getting the scam artist owner next.  I will be finding every online advertisement and post they have and blasting them until every phone number they come up with is tied back to this post and every other complaint.
