Athena Funding, Athena Funding Group Violated the FDCPA by aging old debts ,Zombee Debts no validation, no proof of debt Tampa Florida
An attorney for this lowlife bottom feeder Athena Funding Group (Interesting Name for a collection scam), Michael Taylor, violated the FDCPA on several issues. One being no validation of the debt. He then perjured himself in court by lying to the judge knowing full well his company and he were buying old debts too old to be collected. Being in collusion with his process server he managed to convince the judge that I was served when I was not and then proceeded to get a judgment on debt that was not mine. This lowlife bottom feeder deserves to be disbarred but the Florida bar protects their own and filing a grievance is futile.
The real kicker was that he came up with an elaborate conspiracy theory that the obtuse judge actually bought, I believe they were in concert with her campaign contributions by the process server and every attorney in the State that wrote her a check. Don't get caught up with these scumbags email me with any attempts for them to collect and I'll show you where the bodies are buried on this team. Beat them at every turn, don't be totally honest like me. Fight fire with fire on this one.
