However the bait and switch (wire fraud ), Truck NON inspection, Charge inflated charge for 2290 are some major issues which i am seeking help with. I wired the down payment via Western Union for a specific truck, a 2010 midnight blue Peterbilt, double bunk,, APU, however, when I arrived to pick the truck up the truck was gone, no one knew what happened to the truck, no one had a clue where it was!!!!. They has a 2008 red Peterbilt , single bunk no APU,, and a different VIN number sitting out waiting for me. Supposedly with a new in frame, pins and rods, etc. And they did not reveal the truck had previously been in a accident. I was refused a refund. I had quit my Job needed to work, and had no choice at this point. The following needed repairs all became an issues within sixty day and under ninety days Dec. 22, 2014, passenger side West Coast mirror fell apart; Jan. 6, 2014, Clutch replacement; Jan. 12, Diag. losing RPMs and power; no fix; Jan. 16,2014, still losing RPM, exhaust flex pipe and sensor replacement; Jan. 22, 2014 Break chambers started squealing.

Jan. 22,2014 Air conditioning unit begining to have issues; Jan. 23, 2014 Check engine light, stop engine, oil, temperature ,lights all coming on and off, warning buzzer buzzing, simultaneously, although truck has coolant and oil full. All within sixty days making it impossible to work the truck to make the money for repairs and the weekly truck payments. In oreder for any action to be taken it has to be collective so contact the Federal Trade Commission at 877 382-4357 and file a complaint. This the reliable way to get your report to the State police and the FBI, all complaints are automatically forwarded to these agencies. ATG is not untouchable so lets show them they are not. Keep all of your paperwork concerning ATG even if its years later cuz sooner or later karma will catch up to them and you want to be prepared. p.s. and for all those that post those bogus complements for ATG you are just as guilty so Karma will catch you too. especially when hard working people are just trying make a living and be a part of the solution. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!!!!

  1. I purchased (rent) a used semi tractor on November 19, 2014. I purchased a truck that was under the American dream deal, a one time, one day deal, they (ATG aka, No Creditck aka, United Truck Group aka,  American Truck Showrooms) required that I wire the funds immediately before the close of the day, otherwise lose the deal. However the

    ü  Truck Inspection

    ü  Charge for 2290

Are some major issues which I am seeking help with.

I wired the down payment via Western Union for a specific truck, a 2010 midnight blue Peterbilt tractor, however, when I arrived to pick the truck up the truck was gone, no one knew what happened to the truck! No one had a clue where it was, but they had a 2008 red Peterbilt and a different VIN number sitting out waiting for me. Supposedly with a new in frame. And they did not reveal the truck had been in an accident. It's very important that you retain all paperwork even if it a few years old, this will help to prove your claims.

I was refused a refund. I had quit my job needed to work and had no other choice at this point. However it seems obvious the truck had not been inspected, the needed repairs list below has all become an issues within sixty days and under ninety days.

ü  This truck was sold and put on the road without an inspection. I purchased this truck on the Nov 19 2014

ü  Dec. 23rd. oil leak appeared. I was told a in frame was done a day before I picked up the truck. I’m guessing it was actually performed on the initial 2010 truck.

ü  DEC. 22nd.west coast mirror fell apart.

    ü  Jan 6th clutch replacement.

ü  Jan 10th Ultimate P.M. losing  power and RPM. Problem was not solved.

ü  Jan 12th Diag. losing RPM and Power found inactive faults exhaust no fix

ü  Jan 16th exhaust flex pipe, and sensor replacement, Exhaust leak.

ü  Jan. 23rd Air conditioning Unit began to have issues.

ü  Jan 23,rd Check  engine, oil, temperature lights all coming on and off although truck has coolant and oil full.

    ü   break pod issue

  3. All within 60 days, making it impossible to work the truck to make the money for repairs and the $900.00 weekly truck note. $701.00 Plus $199.00 for the IRP adding up to $900.00 a weekly truck note.

  4. I am seeking assistance on locating the correct agency/agencies for help before the statute of limitation runs out.
