When AT&T merged with Cellular One, The very first monthy statement I received was overstated by circa. $75.00. I was dishonestly overcharged for texting and sending pictures. I contacted a company customer service representative, explained the dishonest overcharge, however she insisted I owed the entire monthly bill. I have contacted the FCC and the BBB; however, AT&t turned my account into a collection agence. I recently discovered I have a judgement against my credit for $275.00. I don't and won't pay for any dishonest charges! I've filed another complaint with the FCC because AT&T has been dishonest and unreasonable. I'm in the process of filing another complaint with the BBB and I'm also determining a lawsuit.
If you've been ripped off by AT&T Wireless like I have, please contact me; we may have grounds for a class action lawsuit. I pay all my bills and I am not prone to filing lawsuits; I'm a honest citizen and I demand to be treated as one.
