I pay almost $2,000.00 to protection plan to circuit city now is out business but they write to me if some thing happen with circuit city the company assure is a third party who will fix your equipment. Now I call and they say i have your claim and some body call you back in 14 days after this time I call back ans say the same. also I have chat conversation whit them is the next:

alex: Well i called Jan 12

alex: they gave me a claim number for the sound bar

alex: the claim number is 12786432 and they told me they would contact me in ten days.

alex: I never received a call and i called back on January 24th and gave me this number... 18008712671. they told me this number was gonna be workin on FEBUARY 3rd. I called but no one answers it. I need to know who can help me and how i can send the Soundbar in. I understand that u guys have a set location for the tvs, laptops and camaras, but i know there isnt a place for home theaters and amplifiers. its been way too long, and no one seems to know where and how to help me.
