 Like i said i applied for goverment lifeline services and after one month they shut off my phone no notice ,i did not know it was shut off untill i got a knock at my door from a friend who is a contact persons in case anything happens to me .  That,s how i found out it was off.  I am on medications that i need to stay in touch of my medical provider so they can monitor my blood thinners and call me and adjust my medications !!   I do not think it is right to just shut your phone off with no warning or no notifications what so ever!! 

What if i needed medical assisitance and had no phone???/   All they wanted to talk about was buying minuts for a new plan!!  I told them my side of story and they just blew past it like i had not even mentioned it ????  WTH?  I plan to contact a lawyer and see what can be done ..  Are they letting people get their service and then cutting them off only to keep charging the goverment every month!!!  Also they kept asking if i wanted to re=apply??  Why would i want to do that !!!!!I  IF ANYONE ELSE HAS HAD THIS HAPPEN PLEASE CONTACT ME AT MY MAIL ADDRESS [email protected]   thanks
