Assurance loan protection Inept! Auto loan protection they did not honor? Florida
This has been going on for 2 months now with Assurance Debt Protection. I have Auto loan protection through USAA, I recently separated from my job. I have sent them documentation on my unemployment but still no response from this company! Why they will not honor there agreement is Beyond me, they seem to have know problem taking money for the service but when it comes to honoring it it’s a different story! USAA has also been inept in helping, they have no dialogue-what so ever with USAA and USAA will NOT communicate with them to rectify the problem! Now they are contacting me to repossess my automobile!
