Stephanie- Have you disputed the charge with your credit card company? Also be sure to type and mail a letter to your CC company (there's usually a separate address for doing this), disputing the charge. Where is this assist.com based? If - once you dispute the CC charge - assist.com charges it BACK to your credit card, perhaps you could file a claim with their state's Attorney General's Office, as well as one with TX OAG. Look them up on bbb.org. File a report there, if necessary, but wait to see the outcome of the CC chargeback. Also, tell the Ebayer who advertised assist.com on his/her website of your experience.
