Askdr.tech.com ripoff! They claim to be open 24\7 but they're not! I sent 3 e-mails and called twice - no reponse. San Ramon California
Opened an account with AskDR.Tech after reading on their website they are open 24\7 365 days. Sent e-mail with a question. Received e-mail from them stating they are closed for four days.
Asked them to cancel and never received response. A week later I called twice to cancel and never received response.
