Ashworth College The Most ongoin disorganized college I have ever seen and it comes with a heavy price at the expense of the student and they have no remorse regardless. Norcross GA Internet
I have offically had it with Ashworth College! I previously completed an Associates Degree with them in the past and had no problems and graduated with an honors GPA.
However I re enrolled into the Bachelors of Business Administration program and it has been nothing but disorganized books with tests that dont match. When I called them about the situation, they finally after some time awknowledged the book given to me was the wrong version and that the test I took and failed was made for another book. They took a few days to re organize the material and send me new reading assignments.
The problem is, this has happened many times with different books, tests sometimes have no correct answer choice or missing blank test choices and despite this, Ashworth will not grant the student proper opportunity to retake the test with the proper material they had to fix and send me. Essentially I've had to EAT a bad grade mutlitple times due to the college supplying me with the wrong materials and with no remorse.
Now I just called ashworth to get my next course sent to me so I do not have a delay between books which in the past has sometimes been common and up to a month before recieving the next book and the girl says to me "I cannot send you a new book because you have not taken any semester exams for your bachelors degree yet" And I am thinking, ummm what?! I am on my 38th course right now, have talked to your college like 20 times in the past, looked in my dashboard under the semester exams portion and NOT ONCE has anyone whatsoever ever said I did not complete something." I have asked! All 38 courses taken have all closed out and been filed as completed and re enrollments into the new semesters have happend with no problem. And now that I have 2 courses left this girl says to me "Sorry I cant send your new course cause you have not taken any semester exams?!?! I have had it with Ashworth College after this degree.
My intent was to take the Masters in Healthcare Program after this, however this institution has officially lost me as a customer since it has been proven to me multiple times that they clearly could care less about their students education.
I have cried over this because it has become so disapointing and devastating to me with the GPA hit always happening due to reasons in the control of the institution. This online institution was supposed to be a means and a way for me to help my future and the future of my children with the limited resourses I have however its proven in the end to be more costly than education should ever have to be.
