ASHWORTH COLLEGE RIP OFF BE WARE...Abuse of the elderly, Contract says 100% refund with in 5 calendar days of RIP OFF, NOT HONORING 5 calendar day refund. SEE TEXT..SITE "INTERPRETATION" NORCROSS GEORGIA
Rip off con artists. Signed up for Autocad course on Novemeber 12 and paid 758 after being pressured that I was getting a one time only discount of 350.00. Kept getting email saying my enrollment was not complete. Completed and signed contract November 16. Canceled on the 17th after I spent all day trying to get someone on the phoine and realized the school and teacher were using sub contractors.,.. No respose from school or teacher. The Teacher refers to an outfit called Pearson, which actuallys sels more stuff depending on how efficiently you want to learn. The Textbook was 2012, the sofware was a free download for students, from Autocad and was 2015. Contract says refund"5 calendar days from signing" Signed Novenber 16 canceled November 17 they said it is "interpreation" of enrollment and signing even though their emails said my enrollment was not complete until signing. oh but the refund starts from the phone call the 12th which rang in the same minute as I clicked my mouse for informaion. It is a Boiler room hustle. I am an elderly person over the age of 60 and they are perfectly willing to steal 200 dollars from my fixed income. They will spend way more than that on attorneys by the time I get done with show cause hearing and Admiistrative processes which I began at cancellation after reading the rip off report. I was right. I only wish I read the rip off report before I wasted so much time.
