I made a purchase from Ashley Jewels on 11/22/15. Ashley Jewels advertised on Facebook and it appeared a number of people praised it so I went ahead with the order of the Galaxy Pendant. I paid with Paypal for the amount of $11.50. At the time I ordered, the website clearly stated that item ships within 24 hours and fast delivery within 2-4 business days. I have screen shots to back this up.  On 11/25 I received what appears to be a bogus tracking link which says it has not left China and has not even updated since 11/28. No where on their website does it say product is shipped from China.  If I had known that, I would not have ordered at all.

I emailed their "customer service" multiple times. I received no response except for an automated message. I messaged them on their facebook page many times both as comments on the page and direct messaging and they only responded once asking me to email them.  I emailed them again and no response. I filed a dispute with Paypal and escalated it to a claim on 12/3 but they are giving Ashley Jewels til 12/13 to respond to it. Looking at all of the comments on their facebook page recently, they are doing the same thing to many other people. There are people that have not received their purchases even after 2 months. The website clearly states 2-4 days for delivery. They recently changed the delivery time to 5-10 but even still, my order was place long before that.  

I have already reported them to the BBB and Internet Crime Complaint Center and the attorney general's office but don't know if it will do any good because I am not even certain where this "business" is even located.

They are also deleting posts that angry customers are leaving on their facebook page without addressing the concerns. Mine have been deleted several times already.  

As of 12/7/15, I have emailed them several more times with no response.  Others have complained on their facebook page and are not receiving responses either but complaints continue to be deleted.  The "shipping" information that was sent still has not updated since 11/28.  It has now been more than 2 weeks with no response and no item.

As p.t. barnum said theres a sucker born every min. With the advent of facebook, every sucker is nabbed. They are probaby based in china so there is ZERO that can be done by any US govt or regulatory agency. Yet another reason to NOT shop online. I swear WHERE is our good ole fashion American common sense??????? Are we so hypnotized by those pretty pictures on the screen that we lose a BASIC SKILL like thinking for ourselves? Or is it that we are so sucked in by the web that we cant even access those skills anymore? Personaly I wont buy anything online no matter how tempted or how cheap. I would rather do without and support my LOCAL businesses then fall into the online trap that is a internet purchase. Hopefuly paypal will give your a refund.
