AseraCare Hospice - Green Bay ALLEGED BELLIGERENT BEHAVIOR & ALLEGED BAD VOLUNTEER TREATMENT Bellevue (Green Bay) (Appleton) (Wausau) WISCONSIN
I would not recommend aseracare hospice Green Bay because I just called them to inform them that someone in their Bereavement program is in need of services and I was allegedly treated very belligerently today by the manager this morning. I just made the phone call and I also asked for the chaplain to call me she did not so I called back and asked for management.
I volunteered here for many years and I would recommend that all people reading this read my Google review because it is my firm belief that the care for patients when I was there was very lovely I cannot support nor say anything positive about the management nor can I support or say anything positive about the volunteer department.
I can however tell you the Bereavement Department is fabulous and I am the one who used to be the administrative volunteer in the office that they currently have an opening for while I do not recommend them I wish them the best and hope that in the future the value of compassion that they use on patients extends beyond the medical field and into the office Post script, it should be noted that this matter was resolved by me allegedly filing a corporate complaint and allegedly seeking legal advice.
GOOGLE REVIEW After volunteering for a company that I loved for over 3 years serving the dying and the bereaved with every fiber of my being I feel sad to say that based upon my experience the changes that are being implemented in the volunteer program at aseracare no longer meet the standards which allow me to give my endorsement nor does it get my support.
That being said I urge you to make your own informed decision based on your own experience because everyone's experience is different please consult a professional when seeking proper hospice care.
