First, our software is not shareware. The software that this person is referring to is "Subscription Software." We offer the software for a time limited free trial (7 days, 14 days or 30 days). The customer is made aware that they must cancel the software within the alloted time period or they will be charged the full price for the software.

We allow the customers to contact us via email, fax or a Live Chat service that we provide to cancel their accounts. If the customer has a problem with our software they may contact us Mon. thru Fri. from 9am to 6pm EST live or via email 24 hours a day. If the customer does not contact us, we cannot know that they are having a problem.

Again, the customer is only charged when they fail to follow the proper procedure and simply:
1) Send an email
2) Send a fax
3) Send a letter, or
4) Connect to our live chat

We do not make it difficult to get ahold of our company. I personally have delt with companies that make it more difficult than this to get ahold of. Most companies offer email only. No phone, no fax, no live chat. And all of our information is available 24 HOURS A DAY 7 DAYS A WEEK on our web site at www.ascentive.com under Contact Us.
