I tried to contact them via telephone and got an unendeding press this # for whatever. I sent them an email and they responded to say that they were sorry I was canceling and would I like to reconsider or try again. They said they would cancel my "subscription" immediately. Here I am about a week later and the charge is still on my credit card account. I am frustrated and will tell everyone I know not to "try" out the ascentive speed booster or whatever it is called !!!!!!
