Doug in Melborne, Fla - Its not to late if you have a beef to settle with Asap Motors get a hold of assistant attorney general Scott Clinton 713-223-5886 est. 115. They filed charges against Asap 1st of the month. So they need your story for trial. From there its class action law suit with other willing victims, going for 1.5 mil + what ever the courts allow. My name is Dannie B. There is Justice for in God We Trust.

Sir that motor was returned and repaired and returned to you and was guaranteed. You received the motor dismantled it and called me claiming that it was bad however you never installed it. During our conversation you stated you wanted to remove those parts to check on the motor prior to installation and the problem with that is I dont know what has been done or if the parts you claim were "pitted" are the ones that were sent on it, I tried to explain that to you and that is why you can no dismantle but if you think there is an issue stop and call us. We stood behind our warranty paid the freight to return the motor to our location paid the builder to repair the unit and paid the freight to return it to you so we do honor our warranty. We just can not warrnaty a unit that you dismantled. No roa will be sent and no pick up will be made on this unit as you have voided your warranty. I wish there was something else I could do but the dismantilly of that unit makes it impossible.

Doug, you didnt go into enough detail for me to if youve done any of this or not but, you daughter being a lawyer Im assuming you have already filed complaints w/ the bbb, ftc, att generals in tx. and your state as well, and if youve used a credit card and havent tried already, even tho its past the 90 period they normally give you for this, try to do a charge back on your card, but take pictures and a statement from your mechanic, as well as all other eveidence and paper work having to do with asap, and a copy of all the complaints against them from this site and the bbb, and how theyve ate up the time for your charge back with delays and bullcrap and get angery about if you have to, you were ripped off and its nothing for them to do a charge back for you. Hope this helps, if it does, come back and help spread the word Doug. Man on a mission, Aaron
