ASAP Motors ripoff wrong motor - no refund Houston Texas
Ordered and paid for a Mitsubishi motor...sent a Chrysler engine. Returned engine....and can't seem to get a refund. They have told us for the past 2 weeks that check is in the mail.
When we call we are put on hold and transferred to several different people who all seem to know nothing...even though we spoke to them earlier in the day...even talked to office manager Dina (who is very rude) and got the same "game" from her. She became rude and told us she mailed our refund. NOPE....she didn't either.....very bad business.....stay away!!!! I wished I had check the BBB before dealing with them. 78 reports in the past 12 months and still counting......

Please don't let people like this get away with putting it to you. They were out to stel your money right from the start. Take them to small claims court-it costs very little compared to the cost of the engine you cant use- Most local justices are friendly and will let you explain your case. The key to winning in small claims court, and I've done it more than once my self, is to demonstrate to the judge that you are a fair guy and willing to accept a fair solution to the problem. This way he can give both sides a little and if you don't get your money you may get the right engine.
