Randy, My name is Aaron, I too was ripprd off by these imoral, unethical, fruadulent advertizing band of gangsters, and they got me for over 2,000 dollars but, I can tell you right now, we are all able to do something about ASAP MOTORS,"IF,,, ENOUGH OF US, ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS BOGUS COMPANY. If you havent done all, or any of these things yet, the info I will give you and the rest of the readers will organize itself into a CLASS ACTION LAW SUITE, like I said, "IF ALL OF US ARE DOING THIS, and are as relentless about it as ASAP was about stealing our money. So heres what anyone should do first,,,, assumming its reached this point. 1st, if you paid with a credit card, contact the card co. or the bank that sponsors the card, explain what has happened, and what youve tried to do to resolve the problem. take and or send any evidence, photos, documents, recordings, records youve kept, anything you have to support the truth, do this with all reports and complaints to any agency or bureau,,, then ask the card co. to do a full investigation on ASAP, AND a back charge on the card, back to ASAP, so ASAP will have to come after you for the money. 2nd, file a report with the B.B.B 3rd, CONTACT AND FILE A REPORT WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF HOUSTON TEXAS, GREG ABBOTT, AGAIN send all the evidence you have by email, and then again by regular mail, then be relentless in calling and emailing his office for updates on the progress of your complaint on ASAP MOTORS AND THIER FRUADULENT ADVERTIZING AND SALES OF JUNK MOTORS AND PARTS. Dont get angry with them down there, just be,,, relentless, and presistant, This man has gotten money back for people from ASAP before. 4th, file a report with the federal trade commision, and the F.B.A.A/ fbaa.us web site,,, phone# is 877-875-3222, again send as much evidence as you can, includding all the complaints from this web site, because these agencies can pull ASAP's web site off the net. The owner of this bogus co. is Brian McCutcheon, his last known address was 9950 wilcrest drive, Houston Texas, 77099 RANDY, IF ENOUGH OF US FILE AND COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS BOGUS COMPANY, TO THE RIGHT PEOPLE, AND DO IT RELENTLESSLY AND PRESISTANTLY, THIS WILL EVOLVE INTO A CLASS ACTION LAW SUITE, AND WE CAN ALL GET UP TO 3x WHAT WE GAVE ASAP. WE ALL HAVE TWO YEARS TO SUE ASAP. LETS PUT SOME TIME INTO THIS. GOOD LUCK TO TO YOU RANDY, AARON ,MAHOMET ILL.

First of all the damages to the engine were not something you would notice with an initial visual inspection. Second, I called your company at leat 9 times over the course of 10 business days in order to set up the return shipment. Each time I called I got a different answer, "I'll fax it to you right away", "Everything is approved and I'm going to fax it to you as soon as possible", "We can only fax at certin times during the day and I don't know when the next time is". Yes after getting the run around for over a week I did ship the engine back to you on another frieght line. And last but not least, you did not refund any money to me at all, as of now I am out $1,000.00 plus initial shipping charges of $125.00. I have not gotten a straight answer from anyone there. What about the statement on your own web site that says, "All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. We will issue a refund for the product when your return meets these guidelines. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error." I believe shipping someone a defective product is "your error" and not mine.

Sir, we are aware you contacted our comapany with these claims however, you refused to sign the proper ROA and sent it back on DHL without authorization. All though you signed for the freight upon arrival with no notatations of damage we took you in good faith and were even going to pay the freight to swap out the parts free of charge to you. And even though you returned the parts without proper ROA and on the wrong carrier we got DHL to discount the freight and accepted it back and gave you a refund minus that freight and restock fee. If you would like to work this out I would be more than happy to work with you and maybe get you a motor you will be more happy with. You may reach me at the office m-f 9-6
