First off I would like to say I have documentation if a lawyer is interested in my case. My name is Jermaine my mom let me buy a car from her a 95 hyundai. It was a great car lol but around 1-25-06 the engine burned out so I did a search online keep in mind at the time I was 17 just getting in college well I ordered the engine from asap motors located in houston tx {invoice number12689}

i ordered it around early February everything came on time I had it sent to hanks auto repair in lindale tx a mechanic my family has know for years well when the engine got there it was the wrong engine we fight back a forward with asap motors they kept telling us no its the right engine you just have to change the fly wheel so they sent one it would not fit so we searched and searched to find a fly wheel to make the engine work

nothing would make that engine work when we would try and send the engine back they would send another fly wheel that wasnt right all in all about a month past from the time i received the engine til we finally decided to give up on the asap motors so we send the engine back back it was the wrong engine they told me its been past 20 days you cant get your money back and because your sending it back we charging a restocking fee or 30% and you and can have and credit for the rest and i really didnt think it was fair but what could i have done

i couldnt afford a lawyer and i used my pell grants and scholarship money to pay for the engine as of now i have about a $1000 just sitting up there that i cant get back the reason im writing now is because i read all the reports and was hoping someone could help me get my money back im still in school and that would be a great help PLEASE SOMEONE LET ME KNOW WHAT I CAN DO TO GET MY MONEY BACK.

Sir, I have looked up your order and find absolutley no notes on your account at all about the motor you purchased being returned. Also I might add no one here would have told you we charged a 30% restocking fee it has always been 20% and only if the unit we sent was correct and good. If you have your invoice it is stated in writting to you. I dont know why you have chose not to contact the GM of this company as I am sure they would have assisted you if what you state is true and you have returned the motor you received. As anyone would I would sugest you contact the managers of this company if you have in fact returned your merchandise within the 90days, I have been here for 10 years and have never received a call from you in regards to any refund all though I find it difficult to belive that anyone truely due a refund would not call over and over and over again.
