THEY ARE THE SAME RIPOFF OWNERS SCOTT SANDELL AND BRIAN MCCUTCHEON SAME RIP OFF EMPLOYEES JASON DUNKIN AND STEVE AND EVEN THE SAME RIP OFF SO CALLED MECHANICS WHO ARE NOT ASE CERTIFIED

THEY BUY YOUR MOTOR FROM A LOCAL JUNK YARD ONCE YOU HAVE PAID THEM THEY LIE CHEET AND STEAL BEWARE

 BUYER BEWARE!! ASAP MOTORS NOW GOES BY THE NAME APOLLO ENGINES!! SAME RIPP OFF EMPLOYEES AND OWNERS AND THEY HAVE A FAKE MAILING ADDRESS TO A DAYS INN!! DO NOT BUY THEY HAVE BEEN SUED BY THE AG IF YOU BOUGHT FROM APOLLO CONTACT SCOT CLINTON WITH THE TEXAS ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE HE IS INVESTIGAGING AASAP AGAIN FOR ANOTHER SUIT

After dragging their feet for too long in paying me the judgement amount awarded in court, I had to send in the constables. They arrived with a truck to confiscate items to sell and satisfy the judgement. Heard a certain lady there really went wild. In short order, Asap produced a certified check for the amount of the judgement, plus the constable's fee. If you have won your case, and they dont pay, the constable is the answer.

Have you really checked into this "settlement"? I did I called to get my restatution from the State of Texas and found out alot more! The state only publized one part of there settlement, ASAP only has to pay .25 cents on the dollar of that. so I guess we will all get $4.00. Seems like the state is a rip off to maybe we should sue the state of texas. Brad

ASAP Motors has just sighned a settlement with Texas Attorney General's office to pay $750,000 in fines, legal and court costs. $400,000 is set aside for reimbursement of those ripped off by this loser organization. Even sweet Dina is named in the action. I would guess all those named will bankrupt, personally as well as the company. What goes around, comes around.

After two years of dancing, ASAP lost their court case against me for chargeing back on my credit card the unusable transmission they sold me, and lost to me for over $4000 in my countersuit. I expect an appeal by them, as that is the system they have employed for some time, but I dont think they will be ready for what my attorney and I have coming for them if they do.
