Asa Lexeaux Lexeaux Group I joined a collaboration to write a chapter in a book that was never published. I paid $997 to be apart of this project, that never happened. Oklahoma City Oklahoma
After several postponements with no completion date in site, I requested to cancel and requested a refund. After waiting two months, he refunded $300 of my monies and advised me that he would refund my money "When he could". To date, I have never received my refund, the book was never published, the additional services that were promised, where never delivered and TWO years later, I have STILL not received my monies. I now noticed that he is advertisting for the same book deal, which is a HUGE SCAM!
He has a strong advertising platform on Facebook and LinkedIn. BE CAREFUL. He is quite charming but does not deliver. After I reached out to him again for my refund, he then blocked me on Facebook and adviced since I was asking him about the money, then I wouild need to have my attorney handle this.

I have read the rebuttal posted by Asa Leveaux making an accusation that this post is fraud and that he has no record of my complaint. Of course he would say that since it has been well over 2 years since he stop responding to my inquires.
I have screen shots from Facebook for review. Again, I was very honored to work with him initially and paid him without an issue in full, so it was very unprofessional when the project did not go forward and he then refused to refund my monies.
Since he has requested that I contact his company again to request a refuind, I have done that and I will post an update, if I get a response(which is not likely since he has a track record of conducting business in this manner).

Hello,
I am the person responsible for the book project that stopped. Yes, there was a book project and it has now been disposed of completely. The individuals that signed up for the book project were told that it was not going to continue and were refunded money once they said they understood, in full. Based on the contract that we have with those authors there are measures to follow if there is a disagreement that does not include public accusation.
The only thing that needs to be done if there is an additional person that is requesting an refund is to send an email to us with the subject line "Refund Request" and then provide proof of payment and the way in which a refund would be acceptable i.e. Cashapp. Also, from our records we did not have an author by the name of Kimberly or Kim that said yes to the book project. With that being said it looks as though this particular report is fraudulent. We appreciate any chance to improve a customer experience regardless of how much time has passed.
