I got contacted by scott radin as I replied to the ad he placed on bizbuysell. I have been interested in getting into the commercial brokerage business in South Florida.
After several days, he started to be very pushy telling me that we needed to move on asap otherwise he would find someone else.
I called him and we went over a couple of issues I had regarding the agreement he wanted me to sign.The deal sounded too good to be true and I became concerned about making that investment.
So I went online and ran into the report that someone had left a few years ago on this website. The person was complaining that the business is a total scam and showed the evidences that she had against him.
Therefore, I decided to walk out of the deal and texted Radin accordingly. He texted back to me saying that i was a moron, that I must have voted for Hilary, that i was an immigrant that should know how to speak English using the F word, threathening me, etc, etc..
I have kept those text messages just in case I need to display them online or show them to a legal counsel .
His reaction to my decision is obviously not the one of a serious business broker or business person. He got very mad because i found out about his scam.
I truly wish to thank the person that left that great report online as I saved myself $18,500 today.

serisouly though, he is just a giant bully... glad the other companies are looking in to him.
To all,
I am getting wind that a storm is brewing about the BizBuySell issue and some claiming I promised them unlimited marketing. To the latter – WRONG! Nobody was ever promised this and if you look at your contract it is clear that you were not. There is the bonus program. If you have a problem with it take it up with me and stop complaining to others. As for BizBuySell – it is nothing more than them making life difficult on us. They want to break us up so each one of you is required to pay their new $99 per month fee. I am fighting them back.
There is nothing WRONG WITH NAABB – as a matter of fact we are growing and BizBuySell is catching wind of that and trying to capitalize.
I expect children to speculate behind their parents back but not professional adults.
If you have a problem then take it up with me direct. This, just as the antics at the conference, is ridiculous.
