Artisans Hair Room Refusal to honor product warranty Halifax Nova Scotia
BEWARE of buying products from ARTISANS HAIR room in Mic Mac Mall.
I bought a Panther Shears ProCurl for Christmas for my daughter and her hair got jammed in it and (the same thing happened to one of their own stylists who bought one for her sister).
I read the warranty on the product said SIMPLY return to place of purchase with your receipt for a refund which I did twice actually and twice Artisans refused to give me my money back telling me I was wasting my breath. They gave me a number of someone, and repeated attempts to contact this number were futile, always not available.
I registered a complaint with the Better Business Bureau who accepted my complaint and Artisans refused to respond to the Better Business Bureau despite repeated attempts to contact them. So they now have an unresolved complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Businesses that operate like this and do not respect their customers do not deserve anyone's business so please share far and wide so they cannot treat another customer this way.
If you are going to sell a product you better know what the warranty is and be prepared to honor it. Thanks.
