Artesian Pools Very poor work seemingly done by people that don't care. Very poor customer service. Owners son running company but does not care if you are satisfied or not as long as he gets paid Daytona Beach Florida
Signed contract July 7 2018 pool not complete to date (today is 1/24/19. Many promises from sales rep Jonathon with poor follow thru also office construction organizer James will tell you basically anything you want to hear as long as it satisfies you for the moment. No forman for most of the job first foreman quit second got fired. Extremely poor craftsmanship.
No one except the paver crew carried or used a level or tape measure therefore creating MANY measurement mistakes resulting in having to tear apart completed parts of the pool and re-do literally 3 times and still did not get it completely correct. Elite roof leaks they told me that was not their problem stain in pool bc they put Marcite in day before they filled it bc they had to wait on an inspection before they could fill (poor communication I would say) some pavers have chips in them already and as stated pool not even complete posts for roof are screwed into metal brackets on top of pavers downspouts cut to short never put finish peices in resulting in it having to be redone at my expense (not even complete yet) heater not hooked up to date as promised it would be by sales rep Jonathon.
When I told owners son Brian that we would just complete the job ourselves because it seemed as though they couldn't his only come back was I will put a lein on your property. Wow how professional. Hey I can't do a good job for you as promised but I'll be damned if your not going to pay me. Anyway long story short if you are thinking of putting a pool in please please please do yourself a favor pay a little more if you have to but do not use this company trust me when I tell you that you will seriously regret it.
