Unfortunately I have also been a victim of this rip off company like quite a few others before me. It is a shame that so many have to add their name to this list and still nothing has been done about it.

Why should these crooks be allowed to continue thier business of ripping even more victums out of their money and credit!!

Transouth started by charging me 23% intrest on my car lone, because I have bankruptcy on my record. The Enterprise used auto dealer told me there was no body else but Transouth to choose from when it came to a loan.

I have paid them enough to have 2 cars by now, and they are still screwing me over. I had been unemployed for two years struggleing to make payments but making them non the less.

I was harrased up to 15 times a day by phone, demanding money that was not even due for a payment yet.

Then when I talked to a person named "Renita" (phoney name by the way) she demanded that I give her the number of a check that I did not have money to back up until the following Friday. I need to get the unemployment check first before paying anybody.

She proceeded to extract the money from my account for an amount much higher then we agreed apon by phone.

Therefore causeing $100.00 in bounce fees, after I told her I would let her know whether they paid me first, or not, on that Friday! They just took the money with out talking to me first.

Numerouse calls were made trying to get this mess straightened out. I was put on hold for a very long time many times, connected to dead extentions that just rang. Never saw the money for that one! I think that should come out of Renita's paycheck!!

When I actually got to talk to a human I was treated in a very rude manner and given total B.S. answers, with absoulutly no help given what so ever. I had also written several letters with no reply.

They have not once shown on the bill actual payments I have made and when to my account. It's like according to them I didn't pay half the payments. They refuse to send me any sort of itemized bill.

They then told me that I could defer a payment to the end of the loan without any problems but no more then one payment.

Now when it's time for the end of the lone to be paid off they are tacking on bogus late fees and intrest,and want to add on 3 additional payments, instead of just one regular payment at the end of the loan.

With threats attached stating that I am not allowed to sue them if I sign these papers for these payments, I don't even want.

These Crooks should be shut down, the unsuspecting people out there should not have to put up with this any more!
