I tried the shower and saw no filters- the good shower was great- the bad my water tasted like pure salt water horrible. I emailed and got no response. I also posted to the site no response. I was under the ussumption my account was canceled until I found charges today on my credit card- NO WARNING- no email nothing they just charged me for new filters after I complained their product gave me salt water!! I called at once because the charges put me in a bind this month- a BAD bind- he said too bad your product hasn’t been sent it won’t be sent for 6 to 10 days but when you get it call us for a return- then we can process return. I’m wondering WHAT this return is going to cost me?? In the meantime NO GROCERIES in my house- how do I explain to my dogs there is no food because some company won’t cancel a shipment that hasn’t shipped and won’t for 7-10 days- then I have to contact them for a return- wait for them to get it back and wait for them to put the money they STOLE back on my card!! STAY AWAY FROM AQUASANA!!!!!!!
