APS Window and Gutter Cleaning Nashville, TN Made a mess and didn't clean it up Nashville Tennessee
Had used them before to clean windows. Called them to come out and clean windows as well as spot clean roof and chimney. They arrived over 30 minutes early and did not call before they came as we had been told.
After cleaning the roof and chimney, the dirty water that was generated from this process spilled over the gutters, creating a dirty coating on the exterior of this area of the gutter. Asked the crew (who did not apparently speak English) to please clean this up. They refused. I called the office and spoke to Ross, the owner, about this. He got extremely defensive and belligerent (including raising his voice), telling me about how much experience he had and that I was mistaken. I sent him video and photographic evidence to the contrary, but he continued to deny that his responsibility was to clean up this mess. The crew left after I paid them and I cleaned up the mess myself.
I will never use them again and told my neighbors to avoid them as well.
