On January 13th 2013 Appliance Connections processed my order and immediately charged the credit card company. On February 12th 2013 I received an e-mail stating my appliances (stove and microwave) shipped. I called and spoke to Appliance Connection and told them I had to know when it would arrive as it was coming to a New Construction and we need to make arrangements in order to comply with "their policy". I was given the phone number for AB Freight (their Trucking Company) 347-240-5255.

I called and spoke to Gene who informed me that I could not receive shipment any more this week,and that  the trucks would be in my area on the 21st or 22nd and I would be receiving an e-mail with exact date and time. NO E-MAIL! I called on 2/19/13 and spoke to James and was told no shipment this week their truck was broke down in MD. I already had a gasman on standby(based on their policy) . I was told it would deliver no later than Wed. the 27th and I would be getting an e-mail on Thursday with exact time and day. NO E-MAIL! 

Again I called on 2/22/13 and again spoke to Gene and he informed me I will be getting the e-mail by 11AM when the routers get in to the office. GUESS WHAT? NO E-MAIL!  I called again on the 23rd  (they are closed on Sat) and was told via voice message that if I have a problem to leave a message. When I tried to leave a message I was told there was no room on machine and to call back. On 2/24/13 @ 11:47 AM, I called Appliance Connections and spoke to Adam he told me he sees all the notes and told me not to worry about it!!!!  call on Monday and "they would call their Warehouse and take care of it". 

On 2/25/13 I called AB and spoke to Linny (female) my call started at 5:18 PM and I was placed on hold until 5:37 and was told she could not get anyone in the Warehouse to answer the phone, they are supposed to be there until 6PM. She requested to be able to call me back either tonight or tomorrow once she spoke to the warehouse. I hung up and called Appliance Connection @ 5:38PM and spoke to Jason who did make every attempt to assist me, he apologized and put me on hold again.

He came back on the line and informed me he could not get anyone in the warehouse to take his call either, he was attempting to contact his "Accounts Manger " and he must have left for the day. In the interm Linny calls and informs me that delivery will take place on WED. THURS. or FRI.!!! ARE YOU KIDDING??? I told her that was unacceptable sense I have been trying to get this shipment sense 2/12/13! almost 3 weeks and I have got nothing but runaround! She states that is what it is and hung up!!!! Jason stated he could not get a commitment and would forward this to a manager. Guess What?  NO-EMAIL! 

Today is 2/27/13 and at 10:05AM I called Appliance Connections, as well as sent them E-Mail regarding Canceling my order. I spoke to Robert and he said I could cancel the order, however, I was going to get CHARGED for a restocking fee!!!! Can you believe this outfit? I told him I was not paying any fees due to the fact that It Was Not Me who was at fault! I have made every attempt possible to man to get this delivery, to no avail. (I should be the one charging them for the hours I have spent on hold with calls to get this merchandise.) 

After this I DID SOMETHING I SHOULD HAVE DONE PRIOR TO DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I WENT TO "RIPOFF REPORT" and  There they were! This Company is NOT someone you should have anything to do with.  They are a "HIT AND RUN" outfit. They Advertises as Appliance Connections online, They ship as AB Freight, and they bill as 1Stop Electronics. Shady, Shady Companies  and are all connected.

I have placed the credit card company on notice and await the response to the dispute I filed. I will up date this report with the final outcome. All I can do is hope that this may help others from going through what I have gone through. NO Customer should have to fight to get something they have bought. I could only imagine what would have happened if there would have been a problem with the appliance at the delivery.

Do yourself a favor DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
