Appfolio Denied me due to criminal history but i never had a felony or crimes against property or persons Santa Barbara California
I apply for housing at Platinum Realty and Fox Point apartments in Omaha, NE both use appfolio. Background/criminal came back for Platinum realty first denied due to credit, still was approved for the apt. The very next day i submit an application for fox point apt it was denied for background check?! I press the property manager he mentioned a crime in Indiana, I've never been to indiana. I call appfolio several times finally just hit the sales prompt then someone answered and refereed me back to the consumer line that no one ever answer. I left messages, emails, submitted complaint to BBB, and ripoff report as my last resort
