I have always been interested in learning to trade Forex. I had some extra time last year since I took a leave of absence from work to look after my sick father. Apiary Fund offers to teach you to trade, and if you learn well they say they would even fund you to trade with their money. I was skeptical, but I really wanted to learn.  They charged me $700 for their training program, which was a series of videos, and one live session a week in an online chatroom with 30 other traders. It felt like a recording. I asked questions twice, and did not get a response.  At first it seemed really good. But as I progressed through their trainings, many things seemed unclear. I began watching free videos on the topics on Youtube.  The FREE vids on Youtube were more informative.

After three months, Apiary fund tries to upsell you, or start charging you $99 a month, just to putz around on their simulator...ALL WITH NO REAL KNOWLEDGE BECAUSE THEIR TRAINING VIDS ARE HORRIBLE! I complained about the quality of the training vids twice to them, and they said it would get better, but it did not. I stopped because I was not about to pay $99 a month to play in a simulator, not after I spent $700. All in all, I was in their program for four months. I never got to the point of 'getting funded', so I can't put them to the test on that, but I have read many reviews and there are many others who were burned by Apiary Fund.  My advice, STAY AWAY!  These guys are bad, and will only take your money.

In response to the person that felt ripped off from Apiary Fund.  Before I joined Apiary Fund I had spent over 7k in funds of mine to buy Forex learning and trading skills and assistance in the currency trading markets.

I spent about 1k or so and got funded... a few months ago and got a commission check too...It is not very hard just follow along the ' B - line " to Funding, program and work on becoming skilled and not a superstar seems to work the best. In Forex the point is to make money you need money and they fund from 1k, 2.5k, 10k, 50k, and 250k, real money accounts to traders that came prove to them that they will not ruin real money accounts they are given to trade and make profits on with no risk to themselves.

I recomend Apiry Fund to anyone that wants to make a few thousand dollars or more a month to someone that want so make 20k to 50k a month.  It take months to years , to even 3 to 5 year to make it ; but, what is that compared to spending 150k to 200k on graduate school and working real hard on a Masters Degree or Phd degree and hope that someone will hire you and pay you hansomely .....?

All you have to do is put in a few hours or just a hour a day 7 days a week for a few years and you can make a nice side job out of it with a nice pay as above .  You get out of it what you put into it....just like  anything worth it in life... The are honest and ethical and not some smoth selling co... etc... They have live trading events serveral times a year to go to but that is not requied to be sucessfull....need help join here for 30 days for free.....try it ....www.HowToLearnForex.com.  thank you.!

Rebuttal to Complaint about Apiary Fund

I signed up for Apiary Fund a little over two years ago in January, 2017. I paid about $500 to obtain access to about 15-20 live webinars per week in addition to taped ones (older webinars that were recorded for later access).

In addition, I paid $97 per month in tech fees, which included use of Apiary's proprietary trading client, Alveo. Alveo is a real trading client software, not a simulator (it can be used with real trading accounts or with demo trading accounts).

The fees that the complainant mentioned are along the same lines that everyone pays if they purchase certain programs from Apiary Fund. I have viewed dozens of Apiary videos as well as Youtube videos, and I have found both sources of training videos to be valuable (although Apiary's videos cover a wider range of topics that are difficult to find on Youtube).

Before I signed up with Apiary Fund, I had spent tens of thousands of dollars on training, some of little worth and others just incomplete for me. I feel Apiary's fees and training to be better and a better value than most other training I paid for in the past, and I am highly satisfied with Apiary. I was "funded" a couple of months ago, so I know that they keep their word. I would recommend that students look for training in many places, wherever they can find value, and I would recommend Apiary Fund as one of those places of value to learn about Forex.
