Apex Relocation Specialists took our money ripoff jerks
We received a quote from this company via email (through moving.com). I called them, booked our move, and sent them a $950 deposit.
The day before our move, they called and said they couldnt do it. I was told that our deposit would be refunded and a month later we still havent received our money back. They have given us several lame excuses and have promised a couple of times to send us a cashiers check.
A month later we still havent received a refund and now they dont even return my phone calls. Beware of this company! Do not book with them and dont send them any money!
The owner is based in Fort Worth, TX and his mother does the quotes, booking, and takes deposits. She is located in Campbellsville, KY. If anyone else has had an experience with this company, I would be interested in hearing your story.
