AOL billing is unbelievabe. Even though they have records that show that an account has NEVER been accessed, they have continued to charge my credit card for seven months. When I tried to contact them I was on hold for over thirty minutes and when finally was able to reach someone, they tried to sell me an account. An account that they have been charging me for, that was never downloaded to my computer, and has NEVER been accessed.

They did offer to refund me 90 days of the 210 days they have been collecting. Since I do not own AOL TIMEWARNER stock, I would encourage everyone to cancel any existing membership and chose one of the many free servers available.
