they went into my account without my authorization and took out a large sum of money. they didn't tell me about hidden fees after i asked them directly. they didn't let me canceal my sub. after i tried severeal time they kept sending me to the cancealation line. they wont give me the full amount of money back after taking it from my account un arthurized. they talk in circle and wouldnt be straight forward. they kept charging me fees they never told me about

i kept getting the run aound and misleading infomation on the amount we are paying.

i tried cancealing my aol account on sevreal occasion and i kept getting the run aound and misleading infomation on the amount we are paying. on august i called to caneal and the personsaid okay let me conact u to the cancealation . and when they got on the phone i told him my situation and he told me that he can put a hold on the account for three months at 1st i didnt want to but than he persuaded me to and i agreed to i then called in november to canceal and the person i talked to said fine let me conect u to the cancealation and i once again the guy talked about putting my account on hold for 2.95 and that will also give us the oppertunity to check our email (2.oo hrly fee). he never mentioned a 36.85 holding fee that I later found out in my feb check statement. so i called and told them i never agreed to that amount and they gave me my money back because he never mentioned the 36.85. my husband then once again tried to canceal the account and the man he talked to said fine and as a courtesy from aol we would have free acces to the account until the end of the billing cycle. once again they failed to mention the fact that we could only check our account and it was very limited. so when march came and i checked my account i found out that aol took out 202.85 when i called them joy emp#21944 was very helpfull telling us she could refund us 160.44 and after that went through she could refund us the rest 42.41. (in 72 hrs) I then called them back and talked to arlene emp#2736 she than informed me that i was going to get it. i wanted to talk to a suporviser. peggy than got on the phone and told me the same thing. she kept talking around in circle telling me that it was fees that i owed and she wasn't going to give it back. one of the things were that in dec they got a check returned (not because of nof)they never told me about it so i didnt even know that they was pulling money out of my account. at that time. in august2002 they also took money out during the free trial
