To all you Senior Citizens out there that have been Scammed by the AOL SHOP DIRECT offer on the Apollo P 2250 Printer, with the $40.00 Rebate after purchase, BE AWARE, IT IS A SCAM. AOL and Hewlett Packard will make it so hard for you to claim your rebate, that it is virtually impossible to get your rebate. You can purchase the same product at any major store for HALF THE PRICE that AOL SHOP DIRECT ADVERTISES ON LINE. I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED. I followed all the requirements for the Rebate, including re-checking on line, and they are still scamming us old folks. I have been a stock holder of AOL and Hewlett Packard for a long time, but I did not think that they were SCAMMERS. I now know better. I attempted to trace the progress of the rebate through AOL and Hewlett Packards customer service to no avail. They recently mailed a post card to me stating that I did not qualify for their rebate promotion. No reason given. BUYER BEWARE.

The AOL Certified Merchant Guarantee means that all merchants in the shopping areas on AOL meet defined levels of service, in addition to posting service and privacy policies.

AOL offers intervention in disputes and, if necessary, a full refund. AOL reimburses shoppers up to $50 for any remaining liability on unauthorized transactions, and uses sophisticated encryption and security technology to protect e-commerce transactions.

yes i brough a Riovolt Digital Audio Cdplayer and the remote control does not work at all no more and i paid 216.34 for a player that don't really work . the remote control is not working goood it's sound is low and it was working but it stopped and i have to pay aol, for a cdplayer that is not a new one . it was used before and it sounds like it. i want to know if they are goin to take off half price of the product that is not good. i am mad about this
